How long does delivery take? 

If your items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.  When you check out on the Arrow Health Supplies site, you can select from a variety of shipping methods, including 1-day/air shipping. 

 

Do you accept returns? 

For health reasons, once this product is shipped it cannot be returned for refund.  However, we do guarantee the quality of our products.  If any item that we supply does not meet your satisfaction, please let us know and we will make it right. 

 

Are Technical Data Sheets or Certifications available for your products? 

Yes, if you require Technical Data Sheets or Certifications (FDA, CE, etc.)  for any of our products, please request them by emailing inquiry@arrowhealthsupplies.ca. 

 

What are Arrow Health Supplies payment terms? 

For the fastest processing of your order, we recommend that you place your order and pay on this website.  If an alternate method of payment is required, or if you require terms for a larger quantity order, please contact us at inquiry@arrowhealthsupplies.ca.

What is your pricing policy (specifically related to price gouging)? 

We are aware of current concerns regarding increased pricing on essential healthcare supplies and we share your frustration. Unfortunately, entire supply chains and raw material costs have been affected by global supply shortages.  Expedited shipping is often required for us to keep our products in stock.  This is a market reality driven by the worldwide spike in demand for hand sanitizer, masks and other health supply products and unfortunately it does result in elevated prices for some products.  We are opposed to and will not arbitrarily inflate the prices of our goods in response to an emergency or disaster
